RS&H is a national architectural and engineering firm headquartered out of Jacksonville, FL — whether they’re designing an airport terminal or brainstorming thoughtful approaches to the space and functionality of a corporate building, they are committed to an exceptional journey every step of the way. So it was up to us to return that commitment as we embarked on our contributions to the new era of their brand.
After reviewing our proposed strategy and previous work in the space and sharing with us the rebrand they went through in 2020, the team at RS&H selected AOR as the agency of choice to take on this project. One and a half years later, we are still helping them where needed and have developed a lasting relationship.
The first thing we had to do was consider how their new brand would translate to digital. There weren’t many parameters in place for digital marketing, so we worked closely with their team, glad for their suggestions as we brainstormed, to determine how all the aspects of their brand might look online, in digital campaigns, digital marketing collateral like emails, and, of course, their website.
One of the biggest lifts was restructuring the site. From technical specifications to site hierarchy to overall strategy and UX, the backend of the site needed to be rebuilt entirely. And although AOR wasn’t scoped to write all the content for the website, we compiled as much research and as many recommendations, outlines, and SEO keywords as we could to inform their team.
Today we continue to support RS&H with SEO, UX, ADA, analytics & reporting, and website maintenance updates. We are also continuing our buildout of marketing materials such as email templates and digital ads that match the new website’s look and feel.
The results in summary: increases across the board! The new website has done it’s job of bringing new users, quality engagements, longer session durations, and elevating RS&H all around. Let’s look specifically at the YoY results from Q1 2023 versus Q1 2024:
